早期介入治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中应用早期介入治疗的效果。方法对2017年3月至2019年8月在我院行下肢动脉硬化闭塞症早期介入治疗的患者进行研究,对其中60例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果在60例患者中治疗有效的例数为58例,总有效率为96.67%,其中40例治愈(66.67%),12例显效(20.00%),6例有效(10.00),2例无效(3.33%)。部分患者出现轻微并发症,经治疗后痊愈,无严重并发症、死亡以及截肢等情况出现。结论对于下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者来说,应用早期介入治疗具有良好的效果,且安全性较高,可避免疾病对患者生命安全的威胁。Objective To study the effect of early interventional therapy in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods From March 2017 to August 2019,60 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who underwent early interventional therapy in our hospital were studied.The clinical data of 60 patients were analyzed retrospectively to study the therapeutic effect and the incidence of complications.Results Among the 60 patients,58 patients were effective,the total effective rate was 96.67%,of which 40 patients were cured(66.67%),12 patients were effective(20.00%),6 patients were effective(10.00),and 2 patients were ineffective(3.33%).Some patients had minor complications and recovered after treatment,no serious complications,death or amputation.Conclusion For patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,early interventional therapy has good efficacy and high safety,which can avoid the threat of disease to patients'life safety.
