腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果和安全性

摘　　要：目的观察腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的效果和安全性。方法以我院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的74例老年腹股沟疝患者为本次研究对象,按照手术方式的不同将患者分为对照组(37例,行传统疝修补术)与试验组(37例,行腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术),比较两组患者的预后情况。结果试验组患者平均手术时间、平均术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间以及平均住院时间等资料均优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后72 h IgG、CD_(3)^(+)以及CD_(4)^(+)等相关免疫指标优于同期对照组,且术后并发症发生率(2.70%)低于对照组(29.73%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年腹股沟疝患者应用腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗的效果和安全性均优于传统疝修补术。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of elderly inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were the subjects of this study.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the control group(37 cases,who underwent traditional hernia repair)and the experimental group(37 cases,who underwent extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair).The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results The average operation time,average intraoperative blood loss,the first time out of bed and the average hospital stay of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The 72 h postoperative IgG,CD_(3)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)related immune values of the experimental group were better than the control group of the same period,and the postoperative complication rate(2.70%)was lower than 29.73%of the control group,the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect and safety of extraperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair in elderly patients with inguinal hernia are superior to traditional hernia repair.
