血府逐瘀颗粒对高血压病患者血瘀证象及血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀颗粒对高血压病患者血瘀征象及血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法将100例高血压病血瘀证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片作为常规降压药物,治疗组在此基础上给予血府逐瘀颗粒口服,治疗8周。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀颗粒可以改善高血压病患者血瘀情况,降低外周血血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平。Objective To observe the intervention on the signs of blood stasis and the level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin hypertension treated with Xuefuzhuyu Granule.Methods One hundred cases of hypertension patient were randomly divided into atreatment group and a control group,50cases in each group.In the control group irbesartan Tablets was applied.The treatment group was given Xuefuzhuyu Granule orally on the basis of irbesartan tablets.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results After the treatment,the signs of blood stasis were relieved in either group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Granule could relieve the signs of blood stasis of hypertension,reduce the level of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin peripheral blood.
