血吸虫性肝硬化患者的护理措施初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血吸虫性肝硬化患者的护理措施和应用效果。方法选取血吸虫性肝硬化患者32例,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组16例与研究组16例。对照组患者行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予全方位护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量[简明健康状况量表(SF-36)]、血钠恢复正常时间、腹水消退时间、并发症发生率和护理满意度等情况。结果护理前,两组SF-36评分比较,P>0.05;护理后,两组SF-36评分均较护理前显著升高,且研究组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组的护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。研究组患者的血钠恢复正常时间、腹水消退时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组并发症出现1例,占6.25%,而对照组并发症出现7例,占43.75%。结论血吸虫性肝硬化患者实施全方位护理的效果确切,能够有效改善症状,提高护理满意度,缩短血钠恢复正常时间、腹水消退时间,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing measures and application effect of patients with schistosomiasis cirrhosis.Methods Thirty-two patients with schistosomiasis cirrhosis were selected and divided into control group of 16 cases and study group of 16 cases by random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the research group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of quality of life[36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)],the time for blood sodium to return to normal,the time for ascites to subside,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the scores of quality of life SF-36 scale in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After nursing,the scores of SF-36 scale of quality of life in both groups were significantly increased than before nursing,and the score of SF-36 scale in the research group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The time for serum sodium to return to normal and the time for ascites to subside in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The study group had 1 case of complications,accounting for 6.25%,while the control group had 7 cases of complications,accounting for 43.75%.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing effect for patients with schistosomiasis cirrhosis is exact,which can effectively improve symptoms,improve nursing satisfaction,shorten the time for blood sodium to return to normal,the time for ascites to subside,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
