延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究心力衰竭合并心律失常患者采取延伸护理的效果。方法选取2017年11月至2019年12月我院收治的37例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组(19例)和对照组(18例),分别采取延伸护理和常规护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组的通气时间为(2.36±0.42)d、卧床时间为(5.31±1.34)d、住院时间为(9.21±2.47)d、症状缓解时间为(18.34±4.92)h,对照组的通气时间为(3.51±0.68)d、卧床时间为(6.78±1.65)d、住院时间为(11.79±3.35)d、症状缓解时间为(21.84±5.53)h,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论心力衰竭合并心律失常患者采取延伸护理的效果显著,有助于缩短病情的康复时间,加速患者恢复。Objective To study the effect of extended nursing care in patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia.Methods From November 2017 to December 2019,37 patients with heart failure complicated with arrhythmia in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group(19 cases)and the reference group(18 cases),taking extended care and Routine nursing,compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results Comparing the nursing effect of the two groups of patients,the duration of ventilation in the experimental group was(2.36±0.42)d,the duration of bed rest was(5.31±1.34)d,the duration of hospitalization was(9.21±2.47)d,and the duration of symptom relief was(18.34±4.92)h.The duration of ventilation in the reference group was(3.51±0.68)d,the duration of bed rest was(6.78±1.65)d,the duration of hospitalization was(11.79±3.35)d,and the duration of symptom relief was(21.84±5.53)h;the data showed differences,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of extended nursing care for patients with heart failure and arrhythmia is remarkable,which helps to shorten the recovery time of the disease and accelerate the recovery of patients.
