摘 要:目的探究综合护理应用于急性喉炎合并呼吸困难患儿的护理价值。方法选取2018年2月至2021年11月我院门诊收治的126例急性喉炎合并呼吸困难患儿为对象,将患儿划分为两个小组,常规组开展基础护理服务,试验组开展综合护理服务。比较两组护理方式对患儿不适症状以及不良反应的改善情况,并让家属对护理服务开展评价。结果通过实施不同的护理服务后,试验组患儿在声嘶与喉鸣好转时间短于常规组,P<0.05。在护理不良反应发生率方面互比,试验组(3.17%)低于常规组(14.29%),P<0.05。试验组家属对护理人员的专业性、服务态度与沟通能力方面的评分高于常规组,P<0.05。结论对小儿急性喉炎合并呼吸困难患儿开展综合护理可改善疾病状况,促进患儿机体康复。Objective To explore the nursing value of comprehensive nursing in children with acute laryngitis complicated with dyspnea.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with acute laryngitis complicated with dyspnea admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the object.The children were divided into two groups:the conventional group:basic nursing services;the experimental group:comprehensive nursing services.The improvement of the two groups of nursing methods on the discomfort symptoms and adverse reactions of children was compared,and the family members were asked to evaluate the nursing services.Results After the implementation of different nursing services,the improvement time of sound tearing and laryngeal singing in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of nursing adverse reactions,the experimental group was 3.17%lower than the conventional group(14.29%),P<0.05.The scores of family members in the experimental group on the professionalism,service attitude and communication ability of nursing staff were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for children with acute laryngitis combined with dyspnea can improve the disease status and promote the recovery of children.
