延续性护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究延续性护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析中的应用效果。方法研究期限2019年10月至2020年12月,研究样本为84例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按照进入本院时间,随机划分参照组及观察组。分别实行常规护理干预和延续性护理干预,对比护理成效(焦虑评分、满意度、生活质量、患者依从性)。结果从患者焦虑评分及满意度上对比,前者观察组评分更高,后者观察组指标更低(P<0.05);从患者生活质量方面进行评估,各项评分中观察组均更高,与对照组存在明显差异(P<0.05);护理总依从性方面,参照组是78.57%,观察组是95.24%,观察组较参照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者存在心理状态异常及生活质量下降情况,采取延续性护理,能够改善上述指标,可促使患者保持稳定的心态,积极参与临床诊疗,确保治疗效果。除此之外,通过实施延续性护理,有助于患者生活质量的提高。Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The study period was from October 2019 to December 2020.The study samples were 84 patients with chronic renal failure.According to the time of entering the hospital,they were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group.Routine nursing intervention and continuous nursing intervention were carried out respectively to compare the nursing effect(anxiety score,satisfaction,quality of life,patient compliance).Results Compared with the anxiety score and satisfaction degree of the patients,the former had higher scores than the latter(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of total nursing compliance,78.57%in the reference group and 95.24%in the observation group were higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic renal failure have abnormal psychological state and decreased quality of life.Continuous nursing can improve the above indicators,promote patients to maintain a stable state of mind,actively participate in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and ensure the treatment effect.In addition,the implementation of continuous nursing can help improve the quality of life of patients.
