摘　　要：退行性下颈椎不稳症是由于颈椎C_(2)-C_(3)以下节段退变引起颈椎功能减退,导致在生理负荷下就出现过度活动或异常活动,并因此产生对应的临床表现、潜在的进行性颈椎畸形和神经损害的一种疾病。目前,临床上对退行性下颈椎不稳症的研究尚不深入,对于此病的治疗方法也存在相当大的争议。本文主要是对退行性下颈椎不稳症治疗方法的研究进展进行综述。Degenerative lower cervical instability is a disease caused by the degeneration of the cervical spine below C_(2)-C_(3),which leads to excessive activity or abnormal activity under physiological load,resulting in corresponding clinical manifestations,potential progressive cervical deformity and nerve damage.At present,the clinical research on degenerative lower cervical instability is not indepth,and there is considerable controversy about the treatment of this disease.This article mainly reviews the research progress in the treatment of degenerative lower cervical instability.
