卡介菌多糖核酸穴位封闭疗法联合西替利嗪治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果及对其免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨用卡介菌多糖核酸穴位封闭疗法联合西替利嗪治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的效果及对其免疫功能的影响。方法:研究对象选取南宁市第一人民医院2019年4月至2020年12月期间收治的60例过敏性鼻炎患儿。随机将所选对象分为使用西替利嗪治疗的常模组(n=30)和使用卡介菌多糖核酸穴位封闭疗法联合西替利嗪治疗的讨论组(n=30)。对两组患儿的疗效及各项临床指标进行观察比较。结果:讨论组患儿治疗的总有效率为93.33%,明显高于常模组患儿的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,讨论组患儿的鼻塞评分、鼻痒评分、打喷嚏评分、流涕评分均低于常模组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗后,讨论组患儿血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的水平均明显低于常模组患儿(P<0.05),血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的水平明显高于常模组患儿(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患儿不良反应的发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在儿童过敏性鼻炎的治疗中应用卡介菌多糖核酸穴位封闭疗法联合西替利嗪能有效改善患儿的临床症状和免疫功能,治疗效果显著且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint blocking therapy with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with cetirizine on allergic rhinitis in children and its influence on immune function.Methods:Sixty children with allergic rhinitis admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into the normal group(n=30)treated with cetirizine and the discussion group(n=30)treated with point-blocking therapy combined with cetirizine.The efficacy and clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the discussion group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the normal group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in the discussion group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)in the discussion group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum interleukin-12(IL-12)were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid acupoint blocking therapy combined with cetirizine in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of children with significant therapeutic effect and less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
