我院超剂量使用中药饮片相关情况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:调查并分析上海市静安区中医医院超剂量使用中药饮片的相关情况。方法:将该医院信息系统中用量居前十的中药饮片及该医院常用的含毒性中药饮片作为研究对象。对该医院开具的1000张含中药饮片的处方进行点评,分析该医院超剂量使用中药饮片的相关情况。结果:在1000张含中药饮片的处方中共发现100张超剂量处方,所占比例为10.00%,其中以活血化瘀类中药饮片超剂量用药的现象最为多见,其余为止咳平喘类中药饮片、补虚类中药饮片、祛风除湿类中药饮片、平肝熄风类中药饮片、利水渗湿类中药饮片。该医院用量居前十的中药饮片及常用的含毒性中药饮片均存在超剂量用药的情况,其平均用药剂量大多超出正常范围。结论:上海市静安区中医医院超剂量使用中药饮片的情况较为普遍,临床需引起重视。Objective:To investigate and analyze the related situation of overdosing TCM decoction pieces in Jing‘an TCM Hospital of Shanghai.Methods:The top ten TCM decoction pieces in the information system of the hospital and the commonly used toxic TCM decoction pieces in the hospital were taken as the research objects.The 1000 prescriptions containing Chinese herbal decoction pieces issued by the hospital were reviewed,and the related situation of excessive use of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in the hospital was analyzed.Results:in 1000 pieces of Chinese medicine yinpian prescription of the communist party of China found 100 juck dose prescription,the proportion is 10.00%,among them with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis type of Chinese medicine yinpian drug overdosage most see more,the phenomenon of cough and asthma for the rest of the Chinese medicine yinpian,tonify deficiency Chinese medicine yinpian,functions of dehumidification Chinese medicine yinpian,flat extinguish wind liver Chinese medicine yinpian,the water permeability wet type of traditional Chinese medicine yinpian.The top ten traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces and the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine containing toxic decoction pieces in this hospital all have the situation of overdosing,and the average dosage is mostly beyond the normal range.Conclusion:The overdosing use of TCM decoction pieces is common in Jing‘an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai,which should be paid more attention to.
