摘 要:在冷库中,箱体间距是影响果蔬贮藏品质的重要因素。本文试验分析小型冷库中箱体水平间距对箱体间气流场的影响,以及不同箱体水平间距形成的气流场对果箱内苹果表面温度的影响,并利用CFD软件进行模拟。结果表明:箱体水平间距增大会使箱体间对流换热效果增强,但达到一定间距后换热效果几乎不再改变;箱体水平间距为4cm时,气流场中心截面和出口截面的平均温差最低,继续增大间距,两截面平均温差不变;箱体水平间距为2cm时,苹果预冷到某一温度所需时间最短,继续增大间距,相同温降所消耗的时间几乎不变。The box spacing is an important factor that affects the storage quality of fruits and vegetables in the cold storage.An experimental study is conducted in a small cold storage to explore the influence of different box horizontal spacings on the airflow field between the boxes,and the airflow field formed by different box horizontal spacings on the surface temperature of the apple in the box,and CFD software is used to simulate.The results show that the increase in the box horizontal spacing enhances the convective heat transfer effect between the boxes,but the heat transfer effect is hardly changed after reaching a certain spacing.When the box horizontal spacing is 4 cm,the average temperature difference between the center section and the outlet section of the air flow field is the lowest.If the spacing increases,the average temperature difference between the two cross-sections remains unchanged.When the box horizontal spacing is 2 cm,the time required for pre-cooling apples to a certain temperature is the shortest.If the spacing increases,the time consumed by the same temperature drop is almost the same.
