摘  要:利用建筑能耗模拟工具EnergyPlus对帝斯曼(DSM)中国园区的建筑及空调系统进行全年逐月动态能耗模拟,参照IPMVP,FEMP,ASHRAE Guideline 14-2002和JGJ176—2009《公共建筑节能改造技术规范》的校验标准和方法对模拟结果进行验证,并对误差进行分析。结果表明:模拟得到建筑全年耗电量和全年耗气量分别为2103917.55kW·h和92401Nm^(3);耗电量月误差和年误差分别为±19.60%和±5.39%,分别满足IPMVP和FEMP要求;耗气量月误差和年误差分别为±9.00%和±5.00%,均满足FEMP要求。The monthly dynamic energy consumption throughout the year of buildings and air-conditioning systems in DSM China Park is simulated using EnergyPlus building energy simulation tool.Referring to the verification standards and methods agreed in the IPMVP,FEMP,ASHRAE Guideline 14-2002 and JGJ 176-2009 Energy-saving Recon-struction of Public Buildings,the simulation results are verified and the causes of errors are analyzed.The results show that the electricity consumption and the natural gas con-sumption all the year of the existing building are2103917.55 kW·h and 92401 Nm^(3) re-spectively;the monthly error and yearly error of the electricity consumption are±19.60%and±5.39%respectively,which satisfy the requirements of IPMVP and FEMP respec-tively;the monthly error and yearly error of the natural gas consumption are±9.00%and±5.00%respectively,which both satisfy the requirements of FEMP.
