K点刺激、长棉枝和陈皮水在长期住院患者口腔护理中临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过检索相关文献来分析K点刺激、长棉枝、陈皮水在口腔护理中的临床效果研究现状。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase等中英文数据库,收集有关K点刺激、长棉枝、陈皮水在长期住院患者口腔护理中应用的文献。经筛选、提取、评价文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇文献,共计722名患者。Meta分析结果显示:应用陈皮水进行口腔护理对减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生有一定作用;K点刺激、长棉枝对改善吞咽功能有一定作用。结论使用陈皮水口腔护理,能够有效降低口咽部细菌繁殖概率,预防感染,保持口腔清洁湿润。另外,通过K点刺激进行口腔护理,能够有效地改善患者的吞咽功能。应用长棉枝代替传统棉球进行口腔护理,患者的舒适度明显提高,并发症发生率也明显降低,但目前随机对照试验的相关文献的质量仍然有待提高。Objective To summarize and evaluate the current situation on K-point stimulation,long cotton branch and tangerine peel water in oral care by searching relevant literature.Methods Computer searched Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,China Biomedical Literature Database,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,to collect literature on the application of K-piont stimulation,long cotton branch and tangerine peel water in oral care of long-term hospitalized patients.Meta-analysis was performed after screening,extracting and evaluating literatures.Results Eight articles were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,with a total of 722 patients.The results of Meta analysis showed that:the application of tangerine peel water in oral care has a certain effect on reducing the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia;K-point stimulation and long cotton branch have a certain effect on improving swallowing function.Conclusion The oral care with tangerine peel water can effectively reduce the bacterial reproduction of oropharynx,keep the oral cavity clean and moist,and prevent oral infection.Combining K-point stimulation with conventional nursing method,it is easy to operate,safe and effective,and can obviously improve the swallowing function of patients.The use of long cotton branch for oral care has a low incidence of complications and significantly improved patient comfort,but the quality of randomized controlled trial literature needs to be improved.
