摘　　要：目的探讨项目管理模式对提升护理质量的效果。方法采用随机抽样法选择2019年1月—2020年12月在本院住院诊治的800例危重患者作为研究对象,将2019年1月—12月(实施前)开展常规护理管理的400例患者纳入对照组,将2020年1月—12月(实施后)实施项目管理模式的400例患者纳入研究组,比较两组患者不良事件风险评估率、评估准确率、发生率及护理服务满意度的差异。结果项目管理模式实施后,患者跌倒和非计划拔管风险评估率、评估准确率均高于实施前,不良事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院患者对护理服务整体评价良好,患者对护理服务中的服务态度、入院宣教、护理操作技能的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项目管理模式能优化管理流程,提高护理服务质量及患者就医信赖感。Objective To explore the effect of project management mode on improving nursing quality.Methods 800 critical patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects by random sampling method,400 patients receiving conventional nursing management from January 2019 to December 2019(before implementation)were included in the control group,400 patients who implemented project management mode from January to December 2020(after implementation)were included in the study group,and the differences of adverse event risk assessment rate,assessment accuracy,incidence rate and nursing service satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After the implementation of project management mode,the risk assessment rate and assessment accuracy of patients′falls and unplanned extubation were higher than before,and the incidence of adverse events was lower than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall evaluation of inpatients on nursing services was good,and the satisfaction of patients with service attitude in nursing services,admission education and nursing operation skills was significantly increased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Project management mode can optimize management process,improve nursing service quality and patients′sense of trust in medical treatment.
