摘 要:某区域电网中新能源装机占比超过60%,且90%以上用电负荷来自高载能工业企业用户。为深入分析此类区域电网的特点,并从电网灵活性资源配置角度探究优化调度策略,针对含机组启停和发电量联合决策的日前优化调度模型,采用混合整数规划方法进行求解。以某地区源网荷实际数据为场景进行仿真计算,并定量分析火电机组深度调峰对电网调度运行性能的影响。仿真结果表明,降低火电机组最小技术出力有助于减少电网中的弃风、弃光量,并降低电网的整体运行成本。The installed capacity of new energy in a regional power grid accounts for more than 60%,and more than 90%of the electricity load comes from high⁃capacity industrial enterprise users.In order to deeply analyze the characteristics of such regional power grids and explore the optimal dispatching strategy from the perspective of flexible resource allocation of the power grid,the mixed integer programming method is used to solve the day⁃ahead optimal dispatching model including unit start⁃stop and power generation joint decision⁃making.Taking the actual data of the source network load in a certain area as the scene,the simulation calculation is carried out,and the impact of deep peak regulation of thermal power units on the dispatching operation performance of the power grid is quantitatively analyzed.The simulation results show that reducing the minimum technical output of thermal power units can help reduce the amount of abandoned wind and light in the power grid,and reduce the overall operating cost of the power grid.
