摘 要:借鉴工程经济学中的增量收益与增量成本的概念,以长春市别墅建筑为例,提出了增量替代的方法,建立蓄热式电采暖系统与集中供热管网联合供热模式。利用Design Builder软件建模获取不同工况下的室内逐时采暖热负荷曲线,根据负荷曲线确定不同工况的装机方案,并分析相应的经济效益和推广模式。研究结果表明,在蓄热式电采暖和集中供热管网共同供热的模式下,不仅能提高用户采暖的舒适性,还能节约建设成本和运行费用。In this paper,by learning from the concept of incremental revenue and incremental costs in engineering economics,taking the villa buildings in Changchun as an example,the incremental substitution method is proposed,and the combined heating mode of regenerative electric heating system and central heating pipe network is established.Design Builder software is used to model to obtain the indoor hourly heating load curve under different working conditions.According to the load curve,the installation scheme of different working conditions is determined,and the corresponding economic benefits and promotion mode are analyzed.The results show that under the combined heating mode of regenerative electric heating and central heating pipe network,not only the comfort of user heating can be improved,but also the construction cost and operation cost can be saved.In addition,the research in this paper has reference value in the promotion of regenerative electric heating system without subsidies.
