摘 要:利用宏观检验、化学成分分析、显微组织检验、镀锌层厚度测试、腐蚀产物形貌及能谱分析、硬度测试及土壤理化性能分析等试验方法对某220 kV输电铁塔拉线棒腐蚀断裂原因进行试验分析。结果表明,输电线路周边Cl^(-)及SO_(4)^(2-)含量较高的碱性高盐沙土,是造成拉线棒腐蚀断裂的主要原因。建议加强对在役拉线塔拉线棒的腐蚀情况检查力度,一旦发现腐蚀损伤严重或断裂应及时更换,采用性能较好的高效降阻剂或混凝土加固灌注方法提升拉线棒的防腐水平,避免类似腐蚀现象发生。The corroded and fractured causes of guyed rod used in 220 kV transmission tower are investigated by means of macro⁃morphology inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure inspection,zinc coating thickness measurement,morphology and energy spectrum analysis,hardness test,and soil physicochemical properties test.The results show that the alkaline high salt sandy soil with high chloridion and sulfate contents around the transmission line is the main cause for the corrosion and fracture of the guyed rod.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the inspection of the guyed rod used for cable stayed iron tower in service,and seriously corroded ones should be replaced in time.In addition,high⁃efficiency resistance reducing agent with better performance or concrete reinforcement pouring method should be used to improve the anti⁃corrosion performance of guyed rod,so as to avoid the recurrence of similar corrosion failure.
