摘 要:黄金峡泵站厂房坝段结构复杂,混凝土水化温升高,导致泵站厂房坝段易产生裂缝,影响结构安全。为厘清泵站厂房坝段混凝土的易开裂区域和开裂时间,对黄金峡泵站厂房坝段混凝土无保温措施工况下的温度和应力场进行分析。结果表明,无保温措施工况下坝段混凝土浇筑后期降温阶段基础约束区顺河向和横河向正应力、电站流道进口上弧段混凝土横河向正应力超过3.5 MPa,高温季节浇筑的大体积混凝土顺河向和横河向正应力较大。因此,基础强约束区、电站进水流道上部混凝土、高温季节浇筑的大体积混凝土易开裂,是工程温控防裂的重点关注区域。Structure of pumping station powerhouse dam section of Huangjinxia Project is complex and hydration temperature of concrete is high.Therefore,the concrete of pumping station powerhouse dam section is prone to crack,which affects the safety of the structure.In this paper,in order to find out the crack-prone area and cracking time of the concrete,the temperature and stress field of concrete in the pumping station powerhouse dam section of Huangjinxia project are studied.The results show that without insulation measure,the stresses along the river and the transverse direction of the foundation constraint area and the normal transverse stress of the upper arc section at the inlet of the power station channel exceed 3.5 MPa,and the stresses along the river and the transverse direction of concrete poured in the high temperature season are high.Therefore,the strong confinement area of the foundation,the upper concrete of the water inlet channel of the power station,and the mass concrete poured in the high temperature season are prone to crack,and these are the key areas of temperature control and crack prevention in the project.
