摘　　要：目的:探讨基于专科护理质量指标的护理模式联合中药穴位贴敷在直肠癌术前肠道准备中的效果。方法:利用随机抽样法选取2019年4月-2021年4月在泰安市肿瘤防治院实施手术治疗的直肠癌患者80例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理及中药穴位贴敷,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于专科护理质量指标的护理模式。比较两组患者对肠道准备相关知识知晓情况、肠道清洁达标率、患者耐受程度。结果:干预前,两组对各项肠道准备相关知识知晓情况评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1周后,研究组对肠道准备意义、饮食控制、规范服药及通过大便判断肠道清洁度等肠道准备相关知识知晓情况评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肉眼大便合格率、镜下肠道合格率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对肠道准备的耐受程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于专科护理质量指标的护理模式联合中药穴位贴敷应用在直肠癌术前肠道准备患者中,可提升其对肠道准备知识的掌握,提高肠道清洁达标率及患者的耐受程度。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing mode based on quality index of specialized nursing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on preoperative bowel preparation for rectal cancer.Method:A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgery in Tai’an Cancer Prevention Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected by random sampling method.They were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine,the research group implemented the nursing mode based on quality index of specialized nursing based on the control group.The knowledge of intestinal preparation,the standard rate of intestinal cleaning and the tolerance degree of patients between the two groups were compared.Result:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of knowledge related to bowel preparation(P>0.05);after one week of intervention,the scores of knowledge related to bowel preparation in the research group,such as the significance of bowel preparation,diet control,standardized medication and judging the cleanliness of bowel by stool,were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of defecation with naked eyes and intestinal tract under microscope in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The tolerance rate of intestinal preparation in the research group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing mode based on specialist nursing quality index combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine can be applied in preoperative bowel preparation of rectal cancer patients,so as to improve their knowledge of bowel preparation,improve the compliance rat
