膏方联合三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析膏方联合三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选择淮安市中医院2020年7月21日-8月21日诊治的89例过敏性鼻炎患者,使用随机数字表法将患者分为单纯组(n=45)及联合组(n=44)。单纯组使用三伏贴治疗,联合组使用膏方联合三伏贴治疗。比较两组治疗前后炎症因子水平与免疫功能;治疗后评定并比较两组临床疗效;比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组临床总有效率为95.45%,高于单纯组66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组IL-4(13.54±2.09)ng/L低于单纯组(17.06±2.02)ng/L(P<0.05)。联合组IFN-γ(15.38±3.09)ng/L高于单纯组(12.87±3.05)ng/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组CD3^(+)(76.87±4.15)%高于单纯组(66.97±4.19)%(P<0.05);联合组CD4^(+)(41.69±2.08)%高于单纯组(34.85±2.06)%(P<0.05);联合组CD8^(+)(24.98±2.09)%低于单纯组(28.64±2.05)%(P<0.05);联合组CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)(1.56±0.21)%高于单纯组(1.01±0.24)%(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为13.64%,与单纯组的8.89%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:膏方联合三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎能提升治疗效果,改善机体免疫功能,减少炎症反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ointment prescription combined with Dog Day Moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 89 patients with allergic rhinitis who were diagnosed and treated in the Huai’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 21 to August 21,2020 were selected.The patients were divided into a simple group(n=45)and combined group(n=44)by random number grouping.The simple group were treated with Dog Day Moxibustion,and the combined group were treated with ointment prescription combined with Dog Day Moxibustion.The levels of inflammatory factors and immune function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 95.45%,which was higher than 66.67%of the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-4 in the combined group was(13.54±2.09)ng/L lower than(17.06±2.02)ng/L in the simple group(P<0.05).The IFN-γin the combined group was(15.38±3.09)ng/L higher than(12.87±3.05)ng/L in the simple group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)in the combined group was(76.87±4.15)%higher than(66.97±4.19)%in the simple group(P<0.05);the CD4^(+)in the combined group was(41.69±2.08)%higher than(34.85±2.06)%in the simple group(P<0.05);CD8^(+)in the combined group was(24.98±2.09)%lower than(28.64±2.05)%in the simple group(P<0.05);CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)was(1.56±0.21)%higher than(1.01±0.24)%of the simple group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the combined group was 13.64%compared with 8.89%in the simple group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The ointment prescription combined with Dog Day Moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the immune function of the body and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
