摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化比例的进一步增高,失能老人的数量也在急剧上升,在中国大多数农村地区,失能老人的照护问题面临着严峻挑战。远程照护作为农村失能老年人居家护理的一项辅助技术,发挥服务与技术协同的作用,可以为农村失能人口实施连续性、跨时空护理服务。通过文献梳理,从远程照护模式的概述出发,综述远程照护模式在农村失能老人中的应用内容与效果,并针对其中存在的问题提出相应的建议改进,以求进一步完善远程照护服务体系,为农村失能老人提供有效的照护参考。With the further increase of China’s population aging ratio,the number of disabled elderly is also rising sharply.In most rural areas of China,the problem of caring for disabled elderly is facing severe challenges.Remote care,as an auxiliary technology of home care for the disabled elderly in rural areas,plays a synergistic role of service and technology,and can provide continuous and trans-temporal nursing services for the disabled population in rural areas.Through literature review,starting from the overview of remote care mode,the application content and effect of remote care mode in rural disabled elderly were summarized,and corresponding suggestions were put forward for the existing problems,in order to further improve the remote care service system and provide effective care reference for rural disabled elderly.
