摘 要:水资源实时监控与管理系统建设,是国家水利自动化设施建设的重要组成部分。以提高水资源综合管理能力为目标,以水资源信息化基础设施建设为重点,建设针对合川区范围城市集中供水水源地、规模以上取用水户、主要河流断面等的水质、水位、水量在线监测和视频实时监控。采用水资源监控硬件及软件应用服务相协同等现代化手段,实现信息采集传输和信息存贮、共享并加强水资源管理,提高水资源管理水平,初步实现全区范围内水资源信息的交换与共享,统一水资源管理基础标准与规范。The construction of real-time monitoring and management system of water resources is an important part of the construction of national water conservancy automation facilities.With the goal of improving the comprehensive management capacity of water resources,focusing on the construction of water resources informatization infrastructure,we will build online monitoring and video real-time monitoring of water quality,water level and water quantity for centralized water supply sources,water users above designated size,and major river sections in Hechuan District.Adopt modern means such as the coordination of water resources monitoring hardware and software application services to achieve information collection and transmission and information storage,sharing and strengthen water resources management,improve the level of water resources management,initially realize the exchange and sharing of water resources information throughout the region,and unify the basic standards and norms of water resources management.
