野战环境急救药品储存条件调研及相关药品稳定性研究

摘　　要：背景特殊环境中的药品使用是野外作战和执行各类任务必须面临的问题,药品储存条件的变化会对其稳定性产生影响并进一步影响药品使用的安全性和有效性。目的调查我军野战环境下药品储存条件现状,研究相关药品在特殊环境下稳定性的变化情况,探讨我军野战条件下药品储存所面临的问题和解决路径。方法2021年6-8月向我军医药卫生专业人员发放调查问卷,调研我军药品储存现状。将战救药品地塞米松磷酸钠注射液在模拟的三种特殊环境(反复冻融、极高温、高温高湿)下进行贮存,考察其含量变化情况。结果对82名军队医药卫生专业人员的调查显示,51人认为外出保障时药品储存环境缺少温控设备,储存条件不达标后无法在48 h内被纠正。地塞米松磷酸钠注射液在反复冻融条件下储存2个月含量相对稳定,极高温条件下储存2个月含量明显下降(三个批号药品含量分别下降了5.75%、7.64%、6.25%),高温高湿条件下储存3个月含量有所下降但不明显。结论我军现有的野战环境下药品储存条件难以达到标准,需形成与战备药品目录相配套的特殊环境下药品稳定性指导手册,结合其他相关措施以提高野战条件下药品储存能力,保证用药安全。Background The use of drugs in extreme environments is a problem that must be faced in field environments.The change of drug storage conditions will affect the stabilities of carrying drugs and further affect the safety and effectiveness of drug use.Objective To investigate the current situation of drug storage conditions,analysis the changes of drug stabilities under extreme environments and discuss the problems and solutions of drug storage under field environments in the army.Methods The present situation of drug storage was investigated by issuing questionnaires to medical and health professionals in our army from June to August in 2021.Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injections were stored in simulated extreme environments(repeated freezing and thawing,extremely high temperature,high temperature and high humidity)to investigate its content change.Results Of the 82 army medical health questionnaires,51 respondents thought that temperature control equipment was deficient in the drug store environments in military tasks,and the storage conditions could not be corrected in 48 h.The content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injections stored for 2 months were relatively stable under repeated freeze-thaw condition,while decreased significantly under extremely high temperature condition(the content of the three batches decreased by 5.75%,7.64%and 6.25%respectively).The content decreased after stored for 3 months under high temperature and high humidity conditions,without significant difference.Conclusion The storage conditions of drugs in the field extreme environments do not meet the specified storage requirements,thus we should form a drug stabilities guidance manual matching with the list of combat readiness drugs and combine various effective measures to improve storage capacity and ensure the safety of drug use of our army.
