摘 要:针对定回转半径式涡旋压缩机工作腔切向泄漏问题,在建立压缩机构件简化机构模型基础上,得到了防自转机构摩擦副间隙与切向泄漏间隙变化量的数学模型。并通过算例对曲轴转动一周防自转机构摩擦副间隙引起的切向泄漏间隙变化量和切向泄漏量进行了分析讨论。结果表明:防自转机构间隙下的动涡盘自转使动、静涡旋齿啮合处一侧切向泄漏通道增大,泄漏量增加;另一侧动涡旋齿硬接触加剧磨损。其中切向泄漏间隙变化量在主轴转角为90°和270°时发生突变,且随着摩擦副间隙的增大而增大。因此在设计加工中,应严格控制摩擦副的配合公差和加工精度,以保证压缩机的性能。Aiming at the problem of tangential leakage in the working cavity of a scroll compressor with a fixed radius of gyration, based on the establishment of a simplified mechanism model of compressor components, a mathematical model of the variation of the friction pair clearance and tangential leakage clearance of the anti-rotation mechanism is obtained.And through a calculation example, the variation of tangential leakage gap and tangential leakage caused by the friction pair clearance of the anti-rotation mechanism in one revolution of crankshaft are analyzed and discussed.The results show that the rotation of orbiting scroll under the gap of the anti-rotation mechanism increases the tangential leakage channel on one side of the meshing part of the orbiting and fixed scroll, and the leakage increases.The hard contact of the orbiting scroll on the other side increases the wear.The variation of tangential leakage gap occurs abruptly when the spindle rotation angle is 90° and 270°,and it increases with the increase of the friction pair gap.Therefore, in the design and processing, the matching tolerance and processing accuracy of the friction pair should be strictly controlled to ensure the performance of compressor.
