摘 要:涡旋压缩机曲轴油路压降是影响压缩机供油系统高效运行的关键,油路压降太大会使背压过小,从而导致压缩机动静涡旋盘之间发生端面泄漏;油路压降太小则会使背压过大,加剧动静涡旋盘之间的摩擦磨损。针对此问题,通过理论计算和数值模拟,研究了油道直径、润滑油温度、主轴转速、润滑油流量、曲轴油道缓弯管角度、油道偏心距等参数对压降的影响,并分析了曲轴油路的流场变化。结果表明油道直径和润滑油流量对压降变化影响最大,增加油道直径可使压降最高降低81.1%,减小润滑油流量可使压降最高降低90.29%,润滑油温度对压降的影响次之,压缩机主轴转速、曲轴油道缓弯管角度和油道偏心距对其影响最小。The pressure drop of crankshaft oilway of scroll compressor is the key to the high efficient operation of the compressor oil supply system.Too heavy pressure drop of oil path will make the back pressure too small, which leads to the end leakage between the rotor and static scroll plates of compressor.If the oil pressure drop is too small, the back pressure will be too large, which will aggravate the friction and wear between the scrolls.Aiming at this problem, through theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the influence of oil passage diameter, oil temperature, spindle speed, oil flowrate, crankshaft oil passage angle, oil passage eccentricity and other parameters on pressure drop is studied, and the change of flow field of crankshaft oilway is analyzed.The results show that the diameter of oil passage and the flowrate of lubricating oil have the greatest influence on the change of pressure drop, increasing the diameter of oil passage can reduce the pressure drop by 81.1%,decreasing the flow rate of lubricating oil can reduce the pressure drop by 90.29%,the influence of lubricating oil temperature on the pressure drop is the second, the speed of compressor spindle, the angle of slow bend of crankshaft oil passage and the eccentricity of oil passage have the least influence.
