摘　　要：针对喷油螺杆压缩机在低压应用中排气含油量过高的问题,通过对比试验对喷油双螺杆压缩机排气含油量过高的原因进行分析,从油气分离桶,油气分离滤芯配置方面着手,找出原因并找出解决方案。以及改进喷油螺杆压缩机油气分离系统的配置,加强油气分离效果,获得含油量更低、更洁净的高品质压缩空气。In view of the problem of high oil content in the exhaust of oil injection screw compressor in low pressure application, the reason is analyzed through comparative test.The reasons and solutions are found from the oil-gas separation barrel and oil-gas separation filter element configuration.In addition, the configuration of oil-gas separation system of oil injection screw compressor is improved to strengthen oil-gas separation effect and obtain high-quality compressed air with lower oil content and cleaner.
