摘  要:随着我国“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标的提出,意味着高能耗企业不仅要为能源直接消耗买单,还要为超标的碳含量买单。压缩空气具有洁净、易调节、输送便捷的特点,因此被广泛使用,据不完全统计,空气压缩机用电量占全国发电总量的9.5%~10%,在工业领域空压机占企业用电的10%~35%之间,个别行业占比65%之多。从压缩空气零放散、压缩空气系统降压运行、优化控制系统出发,对影响压缩空气节能潜力进行探讨,以适应当下的节能减排要求。Aiming at the“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”goals, it means that high-energy-consuming enterprises must not only pay for direct energy consumption, but also pay for excessive carbon content.Compressed air is widely used for the characteristics of cleanliness, easy adjustment and convenient transportation.According to incomplete statistics, the electricity consumption of air compressors accounts for 9.5%~10% of the total power generation.Air compressors account for between 10%~35% of the electricity consumption of enterprises, and account for as much as 65% for some industries in the industrial field.This paper discusses the impact of compressed air energy saving potential from the aspects of zero release of compressed air, depressurized operation of compressed air system and optimized control system, in order to meet the current requirements for energy saving and emission reduction.
