摘　　要：氧气是一种剧烈的助燃剂,容易引起燃烧和爆炸,特别是高压氧气压缩机(以下简称“氧压机”)运行时更容易发生燃爆事故,目前,市场上这类工艺氧压机很稀缺,本文主要阐述了湿式氧化工艺中用的撬装式高压氧气压缩机的氧压机的总体方案、主要零部件以及辅助设备的设计要点。Oxygen gas is a violent accelerant, which is easy to cause combustion and explosion, especially the high pressure oxygen compressor is more easily to explosion accidents when it′s running.At present, this type of high process oxygen compressor is very scarce in market.This paper mainly describes the design point of the overall scheme, main components and auxiliary equipment of the skid-mounted high pressure oxygen compressor used in wet oxidation process.
