摘 要:针对空气压缩机瞬停问题,通过查看控制系统历史记录初步判定油压瞬降导致,通过排查供油管路、引压管、压力继电器和油泵等能引起油压下降的方面,检修油泵后测试问题仍然存在。经过多方分析得出瞬停问题是由电流断开引起油压下降导致,最终的原因是万能断路器设定电流过小,仪控连锁停车,通过重新标定万能断路器电流,问题解决。Aiming at the instantaneous stop of the air compressor, it is preliminary determined that it is caused by the oil pressure transient drop through viewing the control system historical records.Based on checking the oil supply pipeline, pressure pipe, pressure relay and oil pump and other aspects that can cause the oil pressure to drop, the test problem still exists after the oil pump is repaired.It is analyzed that the instantaneous stop is caused by the current disconnection to cause the oil pressure drop.The final reason is that the set current of the universal circuit breaker is too small, and the instrument-controlled interlocking stops.The problem is solved through recalibrating the universal circuit breaker current.
