摘　　要：在弗朗西斯·福山那里,社会主义被错误地描述成违背自由民主价值的东西。主要原因在于他把苏联等同于社会主义的全部以及他无视自由民主价值的多元性。事实上,经过40多年的改革开放,中国特色社会主义的强劲发展极大地提升了中国人民对自由民主的平等享有,也为人类探索自身发展道路提供了超越西方民主制度的一种可能。In Fukuyama's view,socialism is wrongly described as something that runs counter to the values of freedom and democracy.The main reason is that he equates the Soviet Union with the whole of socialism,and ignores the value pluralism of freedom and democracy.In fact,after more than 40 years of reform and opening up,the development of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has not only greatly enhanced the Chinese people s equal enjoyment of freedom and democracy,but also provided a possibility for mankind to surpass the western democratic system in exploring its own development path.
