摘　　要：目的:探析用桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果及对患者ET评分和主观评分的影响。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年6月北京市石景山医院收治的124例分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为常规组(62例)和桉柠蒎组(62例)。对两组患者均进行常规的药物治疗,在此基础上为桉柠蒎组患者加用桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的ET评分、主观评分、治疗效果。结果:(1)桉柠蒎组患者治疗的总有效率(100.00%)高于常规组患者治疗的总有效率(90.32%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前,两组患者各症状的主观评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,桉柠蒎组患者各症状的主观评分均低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗前,两组患者的ET评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1周、2周、1个月,桉柠蒎组患者的ET评分均低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用桉柠蒎肠溶胶囊治疗分泌性中耳炎的效果较为理想,能促进患者咽鼓管功能的恢复,改善其耳痛、听力障碍等症状,提升其听力。Objective:To explore the effect of eucalyptus lime-pinenteric capsule on secretory otitis media and its influence on ET score and subjective score of patients.Methods:A total of 124 patients with secretory otitis media admitted to Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into conventional group(62 cases)and eucalyptus pinene group(62 cases).Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional drugs,and patients in the eucalyptus lime-pinene group were treated with eucalyptus lime-pinene enteric capsules.Then the ET score,subjective score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of eucalyptus pinene group(100.00%)was higher than that of conventional group(90.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the subjective scores of each symptom between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the subjective scores of each symptom of patients in the eucalyptus lime-pinene group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ET score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month after treatment,the ET scores of patients in the eucalyptus pinene group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eucalyptus lipinenteric capsule is effective in the treatment of secretory otitis media,which can promote the recovery of eustachian tube function,improve the symptoms of ear pain and hearing impairment,and improve their hearing.
