摘　　要：目的:探讨瞬时弹性测定(FibroScan)技术在诊断早期慢性肾脏病(CKD)中的应用价值。方法:选取解放军联勤保障部队第908医院肾内科接诊的112例CKD患者作为CKD组,另选取60例健康体检者作为对照组。利用FibroScan技术对两组人员肾皮质部组织的弹性进行检测,结合CKD临床分期分析FibroScan技术在CKD诊断中的应用价值。结果:(1)CKD组患者肾皮质部组织的平均FS值高于对照组体检者,差异有统计学意义(t=7.237,P<0.05)。(2)CKDⅡ期患者肾皮质部组织的平均FS值高于CKDⅠ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CKDⅢ期患者肾皮质部组织的平均FS值高于CKDⅡ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行FibroScan检查能在一定程度上了解CKD进展中肾脏组织弹性的变化,这能够为CKD的早期诊断与功能评估提供可靠的参考依据。Objective:To investigate the application value of transient elasticity measurement(FibroScan)in the diagnosis of early chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:A total of 112 CKD patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology of the 908 Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force were selected as the CKD group,and another 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.FibroScan technology was used to detect the elasticity of renal cortical tissue in the two groups,and the application value of FibroScan technology in the diagnosis of CKD was analyzed combined with clinical stages of CKD.Results:(1)The average FS value of renal cortical tissue in CKD group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.237,P<0.05).(2)The average FS value of renal cortical tissue in CKD stageⅱpatients was higher than that in CKD stageⅰpatients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average FS value of renal cortical tissue in CKD stageⅲpatients was higher than that in CKD stageⅱpatients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:FibroScan can understand the changes of renal tissue elasticity in the progression of CKD to a certain extent,which can provide a reliable reference for the early diagnosis and functional evaluation of CKD.
