摘　　要：湖湘张氏正骨起源于清乾隆年间,迄今已有200余年的历史,自成体系,独具特色,疗效显著。张氏羌活五积散作为湖湘张氏骨伤流派的代表方,在“创伤初期用表散”用药思想的指导下,针对闭合性软组织损伤初期气滞血瘀证的治疗效果显著。张氏羌活五积散在重视活血化瘀的基础上,强调辛温发散药物的应用:辛温发散药物一方面可以解表达邪,另一方面又可以增强活血功效。Huxiang Zhang's Zhenggu originated in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty with a history of more than 200 years.It has its own system,unique characteristics and remarkable curative effect.Zhang's Qianghuo Wuji Powder,as the representative prescription of the Huxiang Zhang's school of treating bone injury,under the guidance of the medication thought of"releiving the exterior and dispeling the exognous Qi in the early stage of trauma",has a remarkable therapeutic effect on the early stage of closed soft tissue injury with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Paying attention to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Zhang's Qianghuo Wuji Powder focuses on applying the pungent-warm and dispersing drugs because they can relieve exterior and dispel exogenous evil,and can enhance the effect of promoting blood circulation.
