多风机对机车冷却系统噪声影响初探

摘  要:通过流体仿真发现,单风机冷却系统在散热器截面流速分布不均匀。提出了一种多风机冷却系统方案。研究表明:多风机冷却系统在散热器截面流速分布较均匀,在同等散热功率下,多风机系统阻力为1 146 Pa,声功率噪声为108.9 dB(A)。相比单风机冷却系统(系统阻力为1 372 Pa),声功率噪声为111.7 dB(A),多风机系统阻力下降了226 Pa,系统噪声降低了2.8 dB(A)。In this paper found that single-fan cooling system based on the fluid simulation in the heat exchanger section uneven distribution of flow velocity and proposed a multi-fan cooling system.More research has show that mufti-fan cooling system in the heat exchanger sectional velocity distribution more uniform, under the same cooling power, the cooling system resistance is 1 146 Pa, sound power noise is 108.9 dB(A);Compared with the single-fan cooling system(resistance is 1 372 Pa), noise is 111.7 dB(A),the system resistance of the multi-fan cooling system is reduced by 226 Pa and the system noise is reduced by 2.8 dB(A).
