摘 要:人才是第一生产力,社会保障专业人才培养是完善社会保障制度的基础。新发展阶段,提倡完善社会保障制度、提高民生福祉的新发展理念,也给高校劳动与社会保障专业课程教学提出了新的挑战和带来了新的发展机遇。打造高校社会保障专业教学新格局,需要在教材选择、教学内容及人才培养方式上进行反思,并在实践中做出适度调整,主要包括加强师资队伍建设、融入思政教学内容、促进学科交叉融合、加强典型案例教学等方面工作。Talent is the primary productive force,and the training of social security professionals is the basis of improving the social security system.In the new development stage,the new development concept of perfecting the social security system and improving people’s livelihood and welfare also brings new challenges and new development opportunities to the teaching of labor and social security professional courses in colleges and universities.To create a new teaching pattern of labor and social security majors in colleges and universities,it is necessary to reflect on the selection of teaching materials,teaching content and talent training methods,and make appropriate adjustments in practice,mainly including strengthening the construction of teachers,integrating the ideological and political education content,promoting the integration of disciplines,and strengthening the teaching of typical cases.
