袋装膨胀土强度变形特性及其碾压质量控制与检测

摘　　要：为研究袋装膨胀土的强度变形特性,开展了袋装膨胀土的无侧限抗压强度试验,分析了袋体加载过程中的应力-应变关系演化规律,并验证了落锤式弯沉仪用于袋装膨胀土施工质量检测的可行性,探讨了小型平板振动碾的碾压时间和小型滚筒振动碾的碾压遍数对袋装膨胀土回弹模量的影响。试验结果表明:土工袋用于处理膨胀土渠道边坡时只需通过适当碾压消除应力-应变关系曲线上初始变形模量“较低”的阶段即可;落锤式弯沉仪可用于袋装膨胀土的施工质量检测;建议膨胀土渠道边坡施工过程中采用小型滚筒振动碾对袋装膨胀土进行碾压,碾压遍数应不低于4遍。In order to investigate the strength and deformation characteristics of soilbags filled with expansive soil,a series of unconfined compression strength tests were conducted.The evolution of the stress-strain relationship during the loading process of soilbags was subsequently analyzed.In addition,the feasibility of falling weight deflectometer used on the construction quality inspection of soilbags filled with expansive soil was verified,and the influence of the compaction duration of small-sized plate vibration rollerand the number of compactionof small-sized drum vibration rolleron the resilient modulus of soilbags filled with expansive soil was further investigated.The test results show that the initial stage with relatively low deformation modulus from the stress-strain curve can be successfully eliminated through simple compaction when soilbags are used for treating expansive soil channel slope.In addition,the falling weight deflectometer can be used to inspect the construction quality of soilbags filled with expansive soil.Furthermore,it is suggested that the soilbag filled with expansive soil should be compacted by use of a small-sized drum vibration roller during the construction on the expansive soil channel slope,with the number of compactionno less than 4 times.
