摘  要:两亲性壳聚糖分子结构中含有亲水基团和疏水基团,具有良好的生物安全性、黏附性、溶解性和高包封率等优点。两亲性壳聚糖的结构设计通常采用N-取代、N,O-取代和接枝取代,修饰产物可以对疏水性药物进行有效包封,从而提升其溶解度,改善药物生物利用度。两亲性壳聚糖作为一类新型载药辅料,可以显著改善疏水性抗肿瘤药物、抗生素、多肽类等药物的制剂性能,在药剂学领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文参考了近几年相关文献,就两亲性壳聚糖对疏水性药物的增溶研究进行了整理与总结。The molecular structure of amphiphilic chitosan contains hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups,which has the advantages of good biosafety,adhesion,solubility and high encapsulation rate.The structure design of amphiphilic chitosan usually adopts N-substitution,N,O-substitution and graft substitution.The modified products can effectively encapsulate hydrophobic drugs,so as to enhance their solubility and improve the bioavailability of drugs.Amphiphilic chitosan,as a new kind of drug carrier excipients,can significantly improve the preparation performance of hydrophobic antitumor drugs,antibiotics,peptides and other drugs,and has a broad application prospect in the field of pharmacy.In this paper,the solubilization of hydrophobic drugs by amphiphilic chitosan was summarized by referring to the relevant literature in recent years.
