汽轮机轴向位移与胀差传感器安装维护研究

摘　　要：TSI系统是对汽轮机进行连续监测、分析、保护的系统,主要监测内容包括转速、振动、位移、胀差、偏心、键相及热膨胀等,其中,轴向位移和胀差是监视汽轮机转子位移量和外缸膨胀量的重要测点,能够直接体现汽轮机动静间隙。本文主要研究轴向位移和胀差的工作原理、安装方法、调试注意事项,分析机组运行过程中测点跳变、离线的原因及解决方法。TSI system is a continuous monitoring,analysis and protection system for steam turbines.The main monitoring contents include speed,vibration,displacement,expansion difference,eccentricity,bond phase and thermal expansion,etc.Among them,axial displacement and expansion difference are important measuring points for monitoring the displacement of turbine rotor and the expansion of outer cylinder,which can directly reflect the turbine dynamic and static clearance.This article mainly studies the working principle,installation method and commissioning precautions of axial displacement and differential expansion,and analyzes the causes and solutions of measuring point jump and off-line during unit operation.
