摘 要:针对某燃油加热装置,本文基于CFD数值模拟方法提出了流体动力学分析模型。对模拟所得温度分布和腔内流场进行了试验验证,两者结果吻合良好,说明了本数值模型的有效性。通过对引流结构及非正常操作工况进行模拟,说明引流结构的作用程度及非正常操作工况对燃油加热装置的影响。模拟结果表明:引流结构对加热装置的改善作用较小,而非正常操作工况则会引起不同程度的设备损毁。In this paper,a fluid dynamics analysis model based on CFD numerical simulation method is proposed for a fuel heating device.The simulated temperature distribution and flow field in the cavity are verified by experiments,and the results are in good agreement,which shows the effectiveness of the numerical model.Through the simulation of the drainage structure and abnormal operating conditions,the function degree of the drainage structure and the influence of abnormal operating conditions on the fuel heating device are explained.The simulation results show that the drainage structure has little effect on the improvement of the heating device,while the abnormal operating conditions will cause varying degrees of equipment damage.
