摘　　要：目的 系统评价肌内效贴对脑卒中后肩-手综合征的康复疗效。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库,收集所有肌内效贴改善脑卒中后肩-手综合征的随机对照试验,检索时限均为各数据库建库至2021年3月。对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价,并提取评价指标:视觉模拟评分(VAS)、上肢Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)、总有效率、手部肿胀程度评分。所得数据采用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析。结果 最终纳入20篇文献,共1323例患者。Meta分析结果显示:肌内效贴可降低脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者VAS (MD=-1.48, 95%CI:-1.65~-1.30,P<0.05)、手部肿胀程度评分(SMD=-2.93, 95%CI:-3.91~-1.94,P<0.05);肌内效贴可提高FMA评分(MD=7.21, 95%CI:5.64~8.78,P<0.05)、BI评分(MD=12.27, 95%CI:9.63~14.91,P<0.05)及总有效率(OR=4.14, 95%CI:2.05~8.34,P<0.05)。结论 肌内效贴可减轻脑卒中后肩-手综合征患者的疼痛及手部肿胀,并提高上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力。Objective To systematically evaluate the rehabilitation effect of kinesio taping on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods Randomized controlled trials about kinesio taping on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were retrieved from databases of PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM,from inception to March 2021.According to the inclusion standard,the quality of the randomized controlled trials was assessed and the data were extracted.A meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3.Results Ultimately,20studies involving 1323patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that kinesio taping could obviously reduce VAS score(MD=-1.48,95%CI:-1.65~-1.30,P <0.05)and hand swelling score(SMD=-2.93,95%CI:-3.91~-1.94,P <0.05).Kinesio taping could obviously improve FMA score of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke(MD=7.21,95%CI:5.64~8.78,P <0.05),BI score(MD=12.27,95%CI:9.63~14.91,P <0.05)and total efficiency(OR=4.14,95%CI:2.05~8.34,P <0.05).Conclusion Kinesio taping can relieve pain and swelling of the hand in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke,and improve upper-limb motor function and activity of daily living.Limited by the number and quality of the included studies,more high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials are needed to further confirm the results of this study.
