摘 要:综合交通体系建设是长江经济带发展重要组成与支撑,到2030年规划建成水脉畅通、功能完备的长江全流域黄金水道。在“双碳”背景下,多式联运成为长江经济带综合交通合作发展的重要抓手。由于自然条件差异,长江上中下游多式联运发展水平与特点不尽相同,也面临着不同问题。因此,借鉴密西西比河流域和莱茵河流域在多式联运合作发展方面的经验,提出推进航运标准化、加强多式联运无缝连接、提高整体服务水平、建设跨区域合作机制等建议,以多式联运促进长江经济带综合交通合作发展。The construction of integrated transportation system is an important component and support for the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.By 2030,it is planned to build a golden waterway with smooth water channels and complete functions throughout the Yangtze River Basin.In the’Carbon Peak’and’Carbon Neutralization’background,multi-modal transport has become an important starting point for the Yangtze River Economic Belt comprehensive transportation cooperation and development.Due to differences in natural conditions,the development level and characteristics of multi-modal transport in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are different,and they also face different problems.Therefore,drawing on the experience of the Mississippi River Basin and the Rhine River Basin in the development of multi-modal transport cooperation,it is proposed to promote the standardization of shipping,strengthen the seamless connection of multi-modal transport,improve the overall service level,and build a cooperation mechanism.Through these ways to promote multi-modal transport to promote the Yangtze River Economic Belt integrated transport cooperation development.
