摘　　要：本文通过一起由监测预警系统发现的不符合医疗技术临床应用管理规范要求擅自开展人工关节置换技术案,探讨了该案的法律适用、部门间数据同享、限制类技术监督等方面内容,为以后医疗机构不符合医疗技术临床应用管理规范要求开展医疗技术如何处罚提供借鉴。Through a case of artificial joint replacement technology used without proper authorization which is discovered by the early warning system,this paper intends to discuss the relevent legal applications,interdepartmental data sharing and supervision of restricted technologies ect.It could be used as a reference basis for punishing the non-standard Clinical application of medical technology in the future.
