摘　　要：以刺激性小、温和、天然、无毒的符合国家相关安全卫生标准的可食用成分或食品添加剂等为原料,通过单因素试验及正交试验,并结合理化指标评定得出牙膏的最佳工艺配方,从而为防蛀牙儿童可食性牙膏的研制提供参考。Based on the processing technology of toothpaste,the best processing formula was obtained by single factor test and orthogonal test,combined with sensory physical andchemical index evaluation and repeated experiments,so as to provide a reference for the development of children's edible toothpaste.
