摘 要:木姜叶柯(Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun)在2017年被列为新资源食品原料,其主要有效成分是黄酮类化合物,具有降三高、抑菌和抗氧化等作用,是一种极具开发价值的新资源。对木姜叶柯种质资源及其黄酮物质生物合成调控研究进行总结,对木姜叶柯优异种质筛选、遗传研究、生产利用及优化产品质量具有非常重要的意义。首先,比较了2种“甜茶”的基源差异,综述了不同采收期、不同种源木姜叶柯的黄酮物质含量差异,并介绍了不同种源木姜叶柯的遗传多样性;其次,介绍了木姜叶柯黄酮物质生物合成调控研究现状及光照条件对木姜叶柯黄酮物质含量及相关基因表达量的影响。最后,对木姜叶柯未来在种质资源及黄酮领域的研究方向进行展望。Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun was listed as a new resource food raw material in 2017.Its main active ingredient is flavonoids,which has the functions of reducing blood pressure,blood sugar and blood lipids levels,bacteriostasis and antioxidation,so it is a new resource with great development value.The studies on the germplasm resources and the biosynthesis of flavonoids were summarized,which was of great significance for the selection of excellent germplasm,genetic research,production and utilization and optimization of product quality.In this paper,the origin differences of two kinds of“sweet tea”were compared,the flavonoid contents of different harvesting periods and different provenances were reviewed,and the genetic diversity of different provenances was introduced.Secondly,the research status of flavonoid biosynthesis pathway and the effects of light conditions on flavonoid content and related gene expression were introduced.Finally,the future research direction of germplasm resources and flavonoids was prospected.
