摘 要:为研究加固钢板参数(长度、宽度、厚度)变化对某既有预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的加固效果的影响,在已经过验证合理的桥梁有限元模型基础上,建立起钢板加固的有限元模型进行计算分析。在加固钢板参数分别发生变化时,分析桥梁的跨中挠度和结构应力变化,进而判断加固效果。结果表明:加固钢板的长度、宽度和厚度在合理范围内变化时对桥梁跨中挠度的影响均较大;而对于结构应力,只在钢板长度变化时影响较明显。因此,加固钢板更适用于改善桥梁跨中挠度较大的问题。研究结论明确了钢板加固所针对的该类桥梁的具体病害类型。In order to study the influence of the variation of steel plate parameters(length,width,thickness)on the reinforcement effect of an existing prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,based on the verified finite element model of the bridge,the finite element model of steel plate reinforcement is established for calculation and analysis.The mid-span deflection and structural stress of the bridge are analyzed when the parameters of steel plate are changed,and then the reinforcement effect is judged.The results show that the length,width and thickness of the strengthened steel plate have great influence on the mid-span deflection of the bridge within a reasonable range,but for the structural stress,the influence is obvious only when the length of the steel plate changes.Therefore,the strengthened steel plate is more suitable for improving the problem of large deflection in the span of bridge.The concrete disease types of this kind of bridge strengthened by steel plate are defined.
