大数据背景下绿色建筑成本管理问题探析

摘　　要：分析绿色建筑全寿命周期成本管理的内容,总结绿色建筑全寿命周期成本管理问题,搭建绿色建筑成本管理的大数据平台,对数据进行及时监测和科学管理,提出大数据背景下优化绿色建筑成本管理的建议。In this paper,the life-cycle cost management of green building is analyzed,the problems of green building life-cycle cost management is summarized,a big data platform for green building cost management is built,which is used to timely monitor and scientifically manage the data,and suggestions for optimizing green building cost management under the background of big data are put forward.
