摘 要:为了提高压电堆栈的输出位移,提出了一种多级嵌套菱形位移放大机构,并设计了单级和二级嵌套菱形位移放大机构两种模型。通过分析上述两种放大机构的位移放大比及其动态性能,得到以下结论:二级嵌套菱形位移放大机构的位移放大比约为单级放大机构的2倍;同时二级嵌套放大机构目标振型的谐振频率也高于单级放大机构,并进一步对此结果进行分析与讨论。In order to improve the output displacement of the piezoelectric stack,a multi-stage nested rhombic displacement amplifying mechanism is proposed and a single-stage and two-stage nested rhombic displacement amplifying mechanism are designed in this paper.The displacement amplifying ratio and dynamic performance of the above two displacement magnification mechanisms are carried out by finite element analysis.The simulation results show that the displacement amplifying ratio of the two-stage nested rhombic amplifying mechanism is about two times lager than that of the single-stage amplifying mechanism;and the resonant frequency of the target mode is also higher than that of the single-stage one which further analyzed and discussed in this paper.
