文明城市创建视域下高校大学生志愿服务研究--以“衡阳群众”志愿服务为例

摘　　要：志愿服务是社会工作的重要组成部分之一,它体现了广大民众无私奉献、团结合作、共同进步的精神,也是社会工作进一步丰富,并且立足社会、回馈社会的基本行为。高校大学生志愿服务工作的开展让志愿服务行为深入基层,让广大民众感受到了大学生的热情。该文立足于当前衡阳市文明城市创建的基本情况,以“衡阳群众”志愿服务为例,对高校大学生志愿服务的基本情况进行研究,并结合当前高校大学生志愿工作组织化、规范化、系统化的发展要求,提出深入志愿者基层服务、加强志愿者队伍建设、提高志愿者服务水平、丰富志愿服务管理方式、拓展志愿服务内容创新等可持续发展的想法和建议。As one of the important parts of social work at present,volunteer service reflects the basic concepts of selfless dedication,solidarity and cooperation,and common progress of the general public.It is also the basic be⁃havior of further enriching social work,based on the society,and giving back to the society.In real life,the volun⁃teer service of college students enables volunteer service to go deep into the grassroots level,let ordinary people feel the warm help of college students.Based on the current basic situation of the creation of a civilized city in Hengyang,this paper studies the basic situation of college students’volunteer service with the volunteer service of“Hengyang masses”as an example,and combining the organizational,standardized and systematic develop⁃ment of college students’volunteer work at present,proposes some ideas and suggestions for sustainable develop⁃ment from the perspective of civilized city creation,such as deepening grassroots volunteer service,strengthening the construction of volunteer teams,improving the level of volunteer service,strengthening the management of vol⁃unteer service,and innovating the content of volunteer service.
