摘 要:为了解贵州地区奶牛场奶牛弓形虫感染情况及流行趋势,本试验于2019年—2020年从贵州地区4个市(州)20个(次)奶牛场采集2469份奶牛血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测奶牛血清中的弓形虫抗体。结果显示:受检的2469份奶牛血清样本中,阳性样本249份,弓形虫感染抗体阳性率为10.09%;按不同地区分类统计,贵阳地区阳性率最高,为13.38%(189/1413),黔南地区阳性率最低,为2.88%(12/416);按不同奶牛年龄统计,1岁以内未检测到阳性样本,5~6岁抗体阳性率最高,为19.32%(51/264);按奶牛不同生产阶段统计,育成期没有检测到阳性样本,妊娠泌乳期血清抗体阳性率最高,为22.84%(45/197);按不同采样月份统计,11月份样本阳性率最高,为16.67%(30/180),5月份样本阳性率最低,为6.44%(15/233)。根据调查结果可知,贵州地区奶牛场均存在不同程度的弓形虫感染,奶牛弓形虫抗体阳性率与奶牛年龄成正比,妊娠泌乳期和冬季感染最严重。In order to assess the situation and prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection in dairy cows in Guizhou,this study collected 2469 serum samples from 20 dairy farms in 4 cities(prefecture-level)in Guizhou from 2019 to 2020.Serum antibodies to T.gondii in dairy cows were detected by ELISA.The results showed that among 2469 serum samples from dairy cows,249(10.09%)were positive to T.gondii,with the highest positive rate of 13.38%(189/1413)in Guiyang and the lowest positive rate of 2.88%(12/416)in Southern Guizhou.According to the ages of dairy cows,no positive samples were detected under 1 year old,and the highest antibody positive rate was 19.32%(51/264)between 5 and 6 years old.According to the production stages of dairy cows,no positive samples were detected in the breeding period,and the highest serum antibody positive rate was 22.84%(45/197)in the lactation period.According to sampling months,the highest positive rate was 16.67%(30/180)in November,and the lowest positive rate was 6.44%(15/233)in May.Thus,dairy farms in Guizhou suffer from differing levels of T.gondii infection,and the positive rate of anti-T.gondii antibodies in dairy cows is proportional to the age of cows,and the infection is most serious during the gestation period and winter.
