摘  要:采用甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯(DEAM)作为分散助剂,将还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)均匀、稳定地分散在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中,得到分散均匀、储存稳定的MMA/DEAM-rGO分散液。通过悬浮聚合法制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/DEAM-rGO纳米复合材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、热重分析仪、双电测四探针测试仪、电子万能试验机和冲击试验机等对PMMA/DEAM-rGO纳米复合材料的结构与性能进行了分析。结果表明,引入DEAM能够保证rGO在PMMA基体中的均匀分散,显著提高rGO与PMMA的相容性,并且由于DEAM中氨基与rGO表面上羟基的氢键强相互作用,在悬浮聚合过程中rGO不会发生二次团聚。PMMA/DEAM-rGO纳米复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率相较于PMMA分别提高了140.75%,23.17%和0.81%;玻璃化转变温度、热失重温度相较于PMMA分别提高了12.5℃和7.44℃;电导率达到7.78×10^(-4)S/cm,PMMA/DEAM-rGO纳米复合材料从绝缘体提升为半导体并可应用于抗静电材料领域。Diethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DEAM)was used as a dispersing aid to help reduce graphene oxide(rGO)to be uniformly and stably dispersed in methyl methacrylate(MMA),and a MMA/DEAM-rGO dispersion with uniform dispersion and stable storage was obtained.poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)/DEAM-rGO nanocomposite were prepared by suspension polymerization.The structure and properties of PMMA/DEAM-rGO nanocomposite were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,Raman spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,double electric measuring four point tester,electronic universal testing machine and impact testing machine and so on.The results show that the introduction of DEAM can ensure the uniform dispersion of rGO in PMMA matrix,significantly improve the compatibility between rGO and PMMA,and due to the strong hydrogen bond interaction between amino groups in DEAM and hydroxyl groups on the surface of rGO,the secondary agglomeration of rGO do not occur during suspension polymerization.Compared with PMMA,the tensile strength,impact strength and elongation at break of PMMA/DEAM-rGO nanocomposite are increased by 140.75%,23.17%and 0.81%respectively.Compared with PMMA,the glass transition temperature and thermal weight loss temperature are increased by 12.5℃and 7.44℃respectively.The conductivity reaches 7.78×10^(-4) S/cm,and PMMA/DEAM-rGO nanocomposite are upgraded from insulator to semiconductor,and can be applied to the field of antistatic materials.
